It packs a lot of stuff in small space. Hate not being able to organize my files by folders. Music quality is low. But the worst is when I tried to use with with my desktop iTunes, instead of the laptop, where I officially "connected" it. iTunes told me that I can only use it with the iTunes where I initially set it up. This is not a technical shortfall. This is ugly deliberate Apple choice, but then the last 20 years prove how Apple treats customers. What if my laptop crushes or gets stolen? How would I ever use it again? Do they care?
