The necklace is described for a man but the length is only 20 inches.
I go about 215lbs and I need at the very least a 24in length.
Seeing how the add is for a man I'm not sure how many men wear 20in necklace.
I tried to cancel at least 2weeks before scheduled delivery and was told by Amazon.com customer service that it was too late, but i could refuse the item or send it back.
My personal opinion is 2 weeks is plenty of time to cancel a shipment, but that is my personal opinion.
As a valued customer, I thought some effort would have been made to intervene on my behalf and again perhaps I am not as valued as I was led to believe.
If you are a man of average size I am writing this to warn you and to provide you with the information not listed in the add.
